I haven't really applied for a mortgage loan yet, but I did get my (mortgage) credit report. Apparently they throw out the high and low credit scores and go with the middle score and mine is 650. What interest rate can I expect to offered?

I was wondering how this economic stimulus packaage was going to work exactly. Like does the government want to give people money in hopes that they will turn around and spend that money on luxuries at the store or something.
