Can I get a mortgage in America for a house in Israel?

I am an American citizen. I am also an Israeli citizen. I do not own a house in America but I want to buy a house in Israel. Mortgage rates here are upward of 7%. Would like it if I could get an American mortgage rate. Any suggestions?

Speak to a loan officer at a US bank that has branches in Israel. Most of the very large banks in the US have branches in Israel or have affiliates they work with. But do not expect to get the same kind of interest rate on Israeli property as you would get for US property.
