   Yes because of banks getting greedy and just giving out huge loans to individuals who quite frankly had no real way of affording them. Moreover, banks are cringing right now because even individuals with excellent credit ratings are getting denied loans. Thus, there is shrinking of of the pool of VA and FHA loans.
