How to avail pre approved car loans when having almost no credit.?

Hi all,
I am a student and don’t have a credit. So can anyone suggest me how i can have a car loans.
I have heard of pre approved car loans are there any possibilities that i can get a loans from such dealers.

Please help me out. Any answer will be appreciated.
