I can’t qualify for a mortgage, should I purchase land or some other type of collateral ?

Written By: admin on December 24, 2009 One Comment

I want to buy a older home or townhouse under ,000 but I don’t have perfect or decent credit. My only other options is to lease something for a year, while I work on my credit rating. I want to still invest in something preferable land or a cheaper home in another state. Help

if you cant qualify for a mortgage then you wont qualify for a loan to buy land (because land aint cheap either)

and i dont know of any banks that will even do a mortgage loan for a home under $50,000.

so your best bet is to just rent and work on your credit….
