No. The military doesn't help pay for your car. That is considered a personal expense. Some branches (not all) do have loan repayment but you either get loan repayment or the GI Bill, not both.

EDIT: No, your loan will not be place on hold for your enlistment or until you reach higher rank. You still must pay your bills. You can set up your payments to come out through an allotment in your pay or set up bill pay with your bank to pay your bills while in training. If you can't afford your car on junior enlisted pay..sell it and buy a car you can afford when you reach your first duty station. Being in the military doesn't mean you don't have to pay your bills. In fact, all branches run credit check and if you owe more than you can afford on Junior Enlisted income, you won't be accepted.
