Is there any legal action that I can take against my mortgage lender?

Written By: admin on November 15, 2009 One Comment

He told me that there were going to be no fees attached. He specifically told me this although there is nothing in writing. Amusing enough, this guy was a friend with a lot of referral business to lose on this one too! Haha. Yes I was the idiot to trust him. So my question is, does anyone know of a legal way to possibly recover some of the fees or maybe even to place him out of business in order to prevent him from doing this to others?
