Is there anywhere I can get a personal loan if I have bad credit and no mortgage?

I am trying to pay off bills and my terrible debt and get my financial life in order. If I could get my hands on a loan and pay everything off and have one monthly payment, I could breathe alot simpler! HELP!!!!!!!!
