Need a good free budget planner that is capable with Vista ?

I tried downloading Mortgage Comparison which I have used in the passed and found to be the best one out there, but had problems with it. I reckon that it is because I now have Vista. So either if anyone can reckomend a excellent program or help me to make Mortgage Comparison work with my Vistawill make me a very pleased camper !!!
