I mean COME ON! is George W. Bush stupid?! what are people going to do with about 0. IT IS NOTHING. Most people are not going to spend it, they’re going to pay some of their debt. This is so stupid, now the country is going to be greatly in debt by borrowing billions and throwing it over the country
