I’m 23, a student, and have filed a return this year with the fed. government. My parents claim me as a dependent still and I was wondering if I should expect to get a refund from the economic stimulus pack or not. I would imagine I don’t qualify.

If you parents filed you as their dependent, then you are not eligible for the tax rebate. Neither are they. They only get the tax rebate for you if you are under 17 and can claim the child tax credit, which they cannot with you. But you should get back most of federal income tax withheld from your paycheck.
